Spitfire Soccer Academy has one simple mission statement that guides our wide range of initiatives.
To enhance, assist and teach youths the sports of soccer with a core value of Servant Leadership that encompasses learning, discovery, freedom, transparency, accountability, individual opportunity and responsibility. To transform lives for the benefit of society.
Using these words as the catalyst for the direction of the organization, the following
priorities are used to guide the activities of the Spitfire Soccer Academy with each priority
of equal importance.

• Teach the long-term development of soccer to the highest level.
• Reaching out to Youths with our programs where non previously existed.
• Teach the game of soccer to both male and female equally.
• Teach and promote participation by the economically disadvantaged.
• Forster programs which provide health, physical fitness and educational opportunities through soccer.
• Teach a Servant hood Leadership skills of helping and blessing people. A loving heart
  with willingness to share resources and abandon personal agenda.
  

We believe a Servant Leader foundation is not established in him or her self, but in God and his words. Proverbs 14:31-31 States…………………………
